Extensive Project Management Experience
Our team has successfully managed large-scale federal disaster recovery contracts with strict funding and compliance requirements. Following the Great Flood of 2016, we led two major initiatives for the East Baton Rouge Parish School District:
- Assessment & Repair of Six Schools – Directed the assessment and restoration of six flood-damaged schools, overseeing an $86 million effort to rebuild essential educational infrastructure.
- Grants Management Program – Administered the flood recovery grants program, ensuring efficient fund allocation and full compliance with all regulatory requirements.
