Williams Architecture, LLC is well-positioned to successfully execute the LA Launch Business Innovation Center project within the required timeframe. We maintain a strategic balance between workload and resources, ensuring every project receives the focused attention it deserves.

Currently, our team is managing a select portfolio of projects, allowing us to dedicate the right personnel and expertise without overextending capacity. With a rapidly growing, highly skilled team, we also have the flexibility to scale resources as needed to meet evolving demands.

Extensive Project Management Experience

Our team has successfully managed large-scale federal disaster recovery contracts with strict funding and compliance requirements. Following the Great Flood of 2016, we led two major initiatives for the East Baton Rouge Parish School District:

  • Assessment & Repair of Six Schools – Directed the assessment and restoration of six flood-damaged schools, overseeing an $86 million effort to rebuild essential educational infrastructure.
  • Grants Management Program – Administered the flood recovery grants program, ensuring efficient fund allocation and full compliance with all regulatory requirements.
