Williams Architecture is providing professional program management as the Deputy Program Director by staffing a multi-disciplinary team of project managers to augment the BREC Planning & Engineering staff. The team performs a broad range of capital improvement and project management functions, including all phases of design, construction document production, environmental services, right-of-way and servitude agreement services, public engagement support, bidding and procurement, construction administration, inspections, and project closeout.

The contract value managed is approximately $200 million. Williams Architecture has been involved in the following projects to date:

  • New Greenwood Park and Baton Rouge Zoo – $56M
  • New Contemporary Arts Center at City-Brooks Community Park – $20M
  • New Safe Room – Airline Highway Park – $20M*
  • New Safe Room – Memorial Stadium – $20M*
